Returns Policy
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. This right applies to all goods purchased on this website except for products marked (*) and any pierced products, such as Earrings and Belly Bars, these are excluded because of current Health & Hygiene Regulations.
Catwalk is committed to providing customers with high quality products and Customer Service. However, in the event that products are found to be faulty, please refer to our Returns Policy outlined below. Please understand that it is our commitment to you, to ensure that products received are of the highest possible standard.
If the items you have ordered through our website are unsuitable or damaged please complete the returns slip (attached to your invoice) and send it completed with your order reference, and goods to be returned in their original packaging, to the address below within 21 days of your original order.

We strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Providing the item/s are received complete and in perfect packaging we will provide you with a refund or exchange.
