Ordering
When you place an order on the Catwalk Jewellery website you will receive confirmation of your order and confirmation of despatch via email. Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct and the mail account provided by you is working properly.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that product and price details are correctly displayed on the Catwalk Jewellery website we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy. It is your responsibility to ensure that prior to placing an order you have checked the details about the products you order as they may have changed since you last viewed them on our website.

All prices displayed on the Catwalk Jewellery website exclude delivery charges.
Prices and stock are not contractually confirmed until you receive the confirmation of despatch sent to the email account provided by you. Our jewellery is supplied direct from stock, with delivery by first class Royal Mail recorded delivery and requires a signature at destination.
All of our jewellery is individually presented in gift boxes and securely packaged.
UK Postage and Packaging Costs are £2.99 per item, please contact us for postage information for worldwide destinations.
We endeavour to despatch all the orders within 3-5 working days once full payment has been received and cleared. If the item is not in stock, we will e-mail you with the option to cancel your order or await new stock. |

Once we despatch your order, we will inform you of the identifier recorded delivery number that can be checked at www.royalmail.co.uk in order to track your order through the Royal Mail postal system, so you can be certain it is in transit.
Care of your gemstone jewellery
To clean gemstone jewellery, first wipe it with a soft cloth to remove any dirt. Emeralds require only the use of a soft cloth, as cleaners may damage these soft gems. Sapphires and rubies can be cleaned with either an ultrasonic cleaner or a solution of one part ammonia to six parts water, with a soft brush. Store your gemstone jewellery in a soft cloth pouch or in your jewellery gift box so it does not touch other pieces in your collection. As with all jewellery, normal wear and tear can loosen prongs and settings, so it is a good idea to have it checked by a professional jeweller who can make repairs as needed.
